25	How do you handle criticism?	Criticism is the best way to improve. I never take it personally and I will give some examples from the past.
24	What do you think of the last company you worked for?	It was a great platform that helped me improve my skills.
23	Do you have any questions for me?	I will ask few to show I did my research and I am interested.
22	Why do you think you will be successful at this job?	I will mention the similarities of job requirement and my skill set.
21	How do you see yourself 5 years from now?	I will relate it with the objective line of my resume and show that I have a vision.
20	What do you look for in a manager or boss?	I will provide broad answers such as fair and encouraging.
19	Will you put the interest of the organization ahead of your own?	Yes and I will provide examples where I did that.
18	What motivates you to do your best while working?	Work environment, discipline, and integrity.
17	What is more important: the money or the work?	They both are.
16	How will you compensate for your lack of experience?	I will highlight similar jobs and roles I had.
15	What irritates you about co-workers?	I will mention that I make a point to get along with everybody.
14	What would you rather be: Followed or leading?	I will mention my leadership capabilities and that I also don’t mind following if necessary.
13	Are you a team player?	Yes and I provide examples on teams I worked with.
12	How long would you work for us?	I don’t have a specific time on my mind but I want to stick around for a while.
11	What do coworkers say about you?	I will be honest and say some good things I have heard about myself before.
10	Why have you been unemployed for so long?	I will answer in a way showing that I have been productive and actively been attending classes to improve my knowledge.
9	Why should we hire you?	I will not compare myself with other interviewers.
8	What are your strengths?	I will give specific examples.
7	Why did you leave your last job?	I will provide positive reasons.
6	What are your weaknesses?	I will mention weaknesses that I can easily improve.
5	Tell me about yourself?	I will stay superficial and talk about work related things
4	Tell me about your dream job?	I will give a broad generalization such as a great environment
3	Describe your management style?	Leading by example and provide some examples.
2	What is your philosophy towards work?	I will talk about basic values I adopted in past workplaces or the energy that I can bring to the team.
1	Do you consider yourself successful?	Yes and I will describe my accomplishments and the things I am proud of.
